Medium & High Voltage Cable Laying

We install underground power cables rated up to 275kV, significantly exceeding the 33kV capability of most competitors in Malaysia. Our work spans medium and high voltage cable laying for utility companies and private infrastructure projects.

Our cable installation services cover the full lifecycle: route planning, trenching or HDD conduit placement, cable pulling, jointing, termination, and testing. We serve TNB, SESB, and private sector clients including data centre operators and industrial developers.

275kV underground cable laying operation

Equipment & Capabilities

Specialized cable handling equipment for safe, efficient high-voltage installation.

Cable Winch Systems

5 units for controlled cable pulling through ducts and trenches. Ensures cable integrity during installation with precise tension control.

Cable Jack Sets

5 units for drum handling and cable dispensing. Supports safe unloading and feeding of heavy cable drums at installation sites.

275kV Capability

Our key differentiator. Most competitors max out at 33kV. We handle extra-high voltage cable work up to 275kV for major grid infrastructure.

Cable Jointing

Qualified jointers for underground and overhead cable systems. Straight-through joints, transition joints, and terminations for all voltage classes.

Testing & Commissioning

VLF testing, insulation resistance testing, and cable fault location. Every installation is tested before handover to ensure system integrity.

TNB & SESB Approved

Registered contractor with both peninsular (TNB) and Sabah (SESB) utility companies for cable installation and jointing work.
